@Jarred G Smeltzer - If they work anything like my requests to get logos and designs made.... please... don't... save your CPA next year from trying to figure out what they did.   

Had their garage spray painted several times telling them to go away and they don’t belong, etc. and they ended up hating living there despite their home ownership, easier commute, and pretty amazing house. 

Her car is covered in tape and spray paint with crazy psalms and sayings on it. 

The first time, we sent pest control company, the company found there are few bed bugs in the sofa and did the spray.

Sometimes the mattress is too far gone and they require the mattress be thrown out, but its always AFTER treatment and has to be specially wrapped and spray painted so others don't try to reuse (gross but possible).

They also have sprays to remove dander.If you try to bill the prior tenant for carpet replacement you will go down in flames in court.

We spray foamed everything. 

Typically, they think they can go in there and spray Kilz on everything and it's fine. 

Sprayed down cat urine with bleach water this am and again tonight.
