Get a dose of Reality and go talk to the manager at your Bank and tell them what you want to do...I guarantee their eyes will spin in their heads and not understand a word of what you plan on.

my head's spinning...but seriously...I thought there was some law that a person cannot benefit from a short sale/foreclosure cuz the govt is trying to avoiding everybody doing that.if there is not law, heck, I'll just SS my house & live here for free for awhile & then rent from the next owner at half my mortgage.

If you don't have a payment and do your own management and maintenance, ten of those would spin off $3000 a month.
