I have a mechanical engineering degree and an MBS in finance.

It was amazing to be in a room full of hundreds of early 20's to 30-somethings each making hundreds of thousands of dollars/yr plus stock options, walking out onto a grassy rooftop deck overlooking San Francisco, and watching a beer pong game lol A lot of them are renting in towers nearby for $4-5K/mo for 2br.

Is the guide going to be something that could be sold or is it just a fun way to discuss topics in fine detail?

I have gotten my fingerprints done and applied for my license, and I am about 70% done with the pre-licensing course.To give a little background, I am currently working on my B.S.B.A in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Property is in final stages right now and will be listed within the next 2 weeks.
