The return is almost infinite.

I use the off-the shelf walmart beige (it's called sand something), and their white for trim.

Some are paying cash, but mortgages are still flying off the shelf, so its all about the deals and now some flippers have bought junk, tried to paint them with lipstick and are dropping their shorts to get stuff sold.

It is one of the oldest forms of marketing and can be infinitely more enjoyable to the receiver.
