I had discovered Bigger Pockets ("BP") earlier in the year and had listened to several podcasts about many different facets of real estate ("RE") investing and read countless posts in the forums of people who were experiencing success in their own RE investments across the nation.  

I have spent the past 6 months or so educating myself on REI as much as possible primarily here on BP by listening to countless podcasts, posting tons on the forums, analyzing hypothetical deals, networking with other investors, realtors, wholesalers, lenders, contractors, etc.

Countless ups and downs on it but was never too rattled by it.

That's why I'm here, I've read Set for Life, I've listen to countless podcasts (bigger pockets and others) but still don't know how or where to approach this industry.

I.E if one of you decide to back out you can have it set where they have to buy the other person out in some shape or form. there are countless ways to structure it and you just have to talk and come to an agreement.
