Has there been an uptick in the market as more and more individuals and developers seek to start developing more west due to climate concerns?

I used to poo poo on it but there really are a lot of landlord benefits in the current climate.

Makes me wonder if it is a taboo subject or something.I'm a little worried with the current market climate that interest rates will continue to climb, especially for young inexperienced buyers like myself. 

If I had a rental property in a warmer climate all year round, I would install them.

One overlooked thing with Denver STR's, when dealing with attached properties anyway, is not only the current HOA regulations, but the HOA climate that might result in future changes to those HOA restrictions.     

One thing worth considering is the political climate around real estate loopholes and the current administrations plans to increase IRS staff to increase the number of audits.
