IE condenser stolen.. hot water heater gone.. kids break in etc etc..

The house has already had the wiring stripped out, garage door stolen, A/C stripped, and lots of other miscellaneous vandalism such as rocks through the windows, garbage dumped there by illegal contractors looking to unload carpeting, cement, etc.I hopped in my truck and drove out there.

This is what propelled the high stock prices, bit coin, and real estate. 

Just like having new pipes; wont necessarily make it worth more than it cost to install them, but It would definitely effect value if they were all stolen from the house.

They may get lucky and find some of the stolen items.

One property's unit was stolen the same weekend we closed and the insurance hadn't kicked in, yet.

Don't let and dreams and aspirations be stolen by bad information or negativity.

Make sure they understand if things are stolen from the site they are responsible if they just let it out and did not lock things up

I did sell one dog last year and ended up making a nice profit on that one even after having the outside AC unit stolen a few weeks before closing.
