I saw some for sales but in other states for about 1.5 to 2 times net earnings multiple which is good value.I looked into Steak and Shake before but their margins are thin and you have to get 100 employees per the offering circular.

Shake lots of hands and tell them you're available for repairs and odd jobs and *you want to learn the business.* You might offer a trade-- a few repairs for materials only in exchange for lessons-- learning what works in your area is best learned from those who're doing deals profitably.
