I currently work full time as an application engineer in the Detroit metro area, and plan to get started in real estate in my free time.I've been trying to do my due diligence in preparing for the inevitable plunge into the world of real estate investing, namely listening to Brandon and Josh's podcasts, reading books on the subject, and joining my local real estate investor's group (Michigan Real Estate Investors) to build my local network.
