As soon as you start syndicating you are dealing with the SEC and have to do things by the book or you will land yourself in jail. 

I ranted the other day about "free contracts"....I think I was in jail...but still...I ranted...If someone is looking to do real estate..but also looking for free docs...they are in deep doodoo..Mine only cost me a measly $12k....But they are lock tight...Having said that...If you only find docs less than 6 pages long....

We found out it was the same guy from the word on the street that broke in the same place a couple times, and then now finally he's in jail from what I was told.

Would you go to jail if they shot the neighbor?

After about 8 months I got my first call about the tenant/property from a neighbor and found out that the tenant had been hauled off to jail and the house had been trashed over the past several months.

The townhouse was worth $250,000 and had a lot of stuff inside, never found out anything more, looks like the owner was deported or in jail?

Adverse Possession is mostly a myth and a good way to get you in trouble and perhaps earn jail time.  

Jail so looking for some quick advice...

So, no automatic get out of jail free card there.  

The only issue with the background check was the husband tenant had an assault charge 21 years ago, time in county jail, but no prison time.This afternoon, my property manager called me and told me that the tenants called her today and told her that "they didn't realize their current lease wasn't up until the end of July".
