If the internet listing does not have the PID in view in the listing description, use the lat/long from the listing to run a match against the county file in Postgres... :) most county GIS files will also have an 'address point file' included, that again makes this all stupid easy to run matches from the lat/long.

@Evelyn Velez, just a side note, many listing descriptions will state, "property is not FHA eligible", this is often inaccurate and a ploy from the seller/listing agent to receive only cash or conventional offers.
