From networking with other seasoned investor to getting the information you need on real estate, the possibilities are endless.

That's basically an endless exclusive, and one of the major benefits that comes with management is the ability to represent in a sale.

As its not an option you can 'pick/ per-say, but the possibilities relating to the search function are practically endless, so I'm sure there's a way you can customize it to return said data.

In which case, I must stringently disagree with your approach here (were it to be applied in the United States) and caution anyone reading this information to not act on any of the information they may be receiving by way of this anecdote, as following this example may very well lead that person down the path of endless litigation.

Folks that have $100K (or here in CA maybe $500K or more) in cash to spend on a house don't want to buy a house sight-unseen (at least on the inside), take on title risk, endure endless sale postponements and cancellations, take on an unknown amount of repairs, deal with foreclosed-out occupants, etc and do all of that just to find out, once inside, that they don't like the floor plan or that the neighbor's dog barks endlessly at night (remember, there are no transfer disclosures in foreclosure auctions!). 

Every time I google up get and rich and quick and real estate, the choices of shade are endless!
