Like @Sam Elder said above, if you can re-fi and have a lower rate than you are paying on your credit cards (which I assume would be the case), it would probably be a good idea to do so.

One of my buildings is more of a lower income area and met with a prospective elderly couple who I think would make a great fit for this perticular apt. they are section 8 tenants.While I am not opposed to Section 8 I'd like to be made aware of Any gotchas and or surprises that may come up from renting to a section 8 tenant.I am aware of inspection of Apt. that takes place but other than that not sure what else to expectthx in advance,Chris
