I’m super disappointed with my current direct mail company so seeking recs from others.

He pitched them as having great customer service, and he has not disappointed. 

However, we were definitely disappointed when the refi appraisal just 9 months after purchasing our home in an appreciating market came back at 426k.

And he asked  me and I was like, I'm gonna have to think about this before committing (& he offers financing and everything)... but the look of disappointment on ALL their faces when I didn't get caught up in the moment and sign up right then...coupled with things he had said to some of the participants made me feel pretty sure I was a mark for the whole group..... 

We're just disappointed we didn't catch this during the course of our inspection but lesson learned and we'll be sure to have an electrician stop by during the due diligence period, especially on older houses. 

After becoming a millionaire, I became somewhat disappointed.  

Memphis really disappointed me my last visit.I've been trying to tack on Chattanooga to other travel.I have a new contact east of Nashville I'll be following up with.

@James HamlingAlthough I am not an agent but i totally agree with you.Sometimes it’s best to take the high road and not treat people based on our momentary emotions.There’s always something to learn from each disappointment.

And be prepared to be disappointed in the cash flow as you shop for deals right now.

If you study for a year just to get started, you will be seriously disappointed when it takes another 6-12 months to get a deal.
