It doesn't sound like they are anywhere near model citizens but you will lose if you stoop to their level.

Rents are good compared to much of the west, taxes are reasonable, insurance is reasonable, tenants tend to be decent citizens in my experience, and rents have been skyrocketing the last couple years!

Well, the good news is that the the rest of us honest citizens that pay our bills on-time will get to pay higher interest rates to make up for this bailout.

The City council meetings are also open to the public and every attending person is allowed 3 min of citizens input to the council.  

If these happen to be, say 6 o7 years old they might already be considered senior citizens and spend much of their time sleeping.
