What is a big unknown here is what the state legislature will/can do if metro does pass this, but they ended up wrapping their session doing nothing....yet.

I've seen this come up in some planning sessions so I would recommend consulting with your tax advisor as there are pro's and con's to dealer status for flippers.

I recommend joining at some level just for the mastermind sessions.  

Will do that next and love that Columbus and Cincinnati have virtual sessions.  

First they offer a free session, then you just have to pay a small amount for a little more, then they hit you with the .... but if you really want to learn and have access to everything you will need to pay $$$ to be a real member !!!

I am looking to pay someone to spend about an hour with me on a remote session looking over my quickbooks file on my house flipping business.

I am the moderator for it and do the Q&A sessions each week with everyone plus others.It is a good value and so far people seem very happy with it.
