I've already begun shifting funds to acquire the new property.

I would like to change the reputation of container living, and the process has already begun by other builders! 

I think I got a decent handle on personal finances, at least as far as not bleeding money goes.I've begun talking about concepts like that with the wife, and she is coming around, though I don't feel like I have nearly a good enough handle in it yet to even explain it to myself.Her biggest fear is overextending, and I don't know yet how to reconcile that part.

I have begun actively looking for homes to flip and have been networking with local wholesalers and investors.

Have they begun the other items that have started counting down (i.e. applied for a loan, etc)?  

Hey everyone,Just wanted to introduce myself to the BP community.I have not yet begun my REI journey yet but I have known this was on my path since I was in college. 

Previous advice is good about getting an engagement letter or at least asking for an estimate before the work is begun. 

I'd love to say that this is a done deal, but the fun has only just begun.

I feel fortunate to already have begun working with real estate investors from across the country to help them find deals that meet their needs.
