It sounds like you'd be happier if more people had problems after closing then they do.Fannie Mae recently announced they will rely on attorney's opinions of title for certain loans because it will save borrowers money. 

The agenda is not yet announced, however, I recommend arriving Sunday and leaving Wednesday so you don't miss the opening event (Sunday evening) or the closing event (Tuesday night).
