I started Selling houses in College and was making good dow, and started working with a investor house he flip I got the listing, So boom I had it made, Finally it was last year in school, He died and I have sold over 36 homes in San Diego La Jolla Market avrg. price was $1.5M so no pocket change commission it was nice for a 22 year old,  made really good money, but had nothing to show, Just cars and clothing and few rolexes.

If you calculate just college student debt, getting married, having kids, buying cars for transportation, health insurance, having a house, food, clothing, etc. the system is designed for the public to make just enough to survive to live another day.

You should know how to change a fill valve in a toilet, replace a ceiling light fixture, replace a ballast, balance a ceiling fan, replace a hot water tank, change the agitator dogs in a clothes washer, replace a heating element or thermostat in a dryer, etc.

Residential electric living loads totally haven't changed at all in 55 years, and code totally wasn't updated for any meaningful reason except to give shady contractors and city inspectors a job.I mean, what could go wrong running 200 amps through 50+ year old cloth-wrapped wiring sized and designed to run 60 amps worth of load?
