Newspaper ads are my next option...but when I put those out I just kept getting calls from bird-dogs........Are any of you successfully wholesaling (at least a deal a month) down here?

Hi Marco - some of my favorite sources for foreclosures are local attorneys, the newspaper, trustee websites, Auction.com, and driving for dollars. 

Again, not sure how many will have Canada covered or covered well).Try a Google search of REIA and other similar terms.Look in the local newspapers or city directories.
