I’ve been to a “3rd” level seminar with Legacy education and the speakers are actually trained to repeat specific phrases during the training so you be more inclined to spend $30,000 on a multi-level training package when the seminar ends.

(And the way Kyle phrased it helped me Google better so I was able to find the info I was missing) she has to not pay for a long time before the taxing authority puts a lien on her property.

My exit strategy if I were to utilize convenient yet extremely expensive hard money would involve the phrase "as soon as possible".  

These people may or may not be focusing on SEO for the same phrases others in that area are. 

The cute phrase running around BP is "Date the rate and marry the property".

If it were me I would phrase it as this is hypothetical or "asking for a friend...." 

I think that speaks to Bill and Dion's status here as two dude's who really know their stuff.Maybe give this thread some time to die down a bit and get buried then repost phrasing your question a little differently. 

The next 2-3 years will also likely be a place where they prove true that saying....past performance is not indicative of future success, or whatever that phrase is.
