Again, the ownership of the Limited common elements (pipes that service some but not all of the units) is determined by the bylaws of the association.Normally a not at fault claim is not supposed to impact your rates if your carrier does not make a payment on it.

So far, on that deal, after 12 months, we have replaced 15 out of 21 tenants with tenants paying $80.00-$100.00 a month more than the previous tenants and we have caught HUGE water and sewer waste, along with cut insurance costs by switching carriers etc...

More people are filing claims (because more middle class is cash broke so they have to file smaller claims than historically), Catostrophic losses, carriers are unable to reinvest the premiums to be profitable, material cost, labor shortage/cost, etc.
