They don't understand that a house that is 9 inches higher on one side is a very common thing here, and they are demanding a soil report, a safety report from a structural engineer, and some type of chemical something-or-another report.

I don't know if this counts but we did 1800 sq ft of LVP (Life proof from HD) in our Lakehouse that is built on wooden stilts & has decades old plywood flooring that's 1 inch thick.It's been 5 years of heavy traffic, water & dogs yet we have not experienced any buckling, separation, contraction or 'popping' out.

The inward tipping is between 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch (difference between top and bottom of 7 foot wall) .There was a water issue because the driveway on the side of the house was tilted toward the house.
