Whether it is real estate brokerage, stock broker, or business men, it is still the same. 10% make 90% of the money and the 90% share the remaining 10%.

These men made money with and profited with someone else's money.

Would love to eventually remove these “middle men” from the equation. 

What's with men being so gladly subordinate to women?

They would send the handi men over and do the visual inspections, giving me a heads up on everything.  

In China they have found that the majority of the deaths were older men, that smoked heavily and people that were very obese. 

I see it time and again, wholesalers telling others to get with another wholesaler and "partner" with them creating two middle men in the transaction as if one is not already enough.
