Matter of fact I am talking with the painting company I am using (which consist of two women) to add carpet installation to their business.  

Women and families will not feel comfortable and will likely not care what type of offense it was.

The last time I was in Cancun, I happened to "glance" at a couple of women who were topless on the beach.

I'd love someone who's also familiar with working with single women into FIRE even as they are not in the highest of income brackets (yet) as well.

We absolutely love the size and coziness of Ridgway and would love to live there.Living there would mean leaving our careers and fully embracing real estate because I don't see any other alternative. 

One of the major concerns I would have if you have any competition in your market that has ‘conventional’ self storage is the fact that the majority of the decision makers to rent are women.
