Not sure if you're local to Cape but one of the main benefits of the experienced/local realtor is knowing the neighborhoods, those with good school districts, ease of transportation and proximity to amenities and fun. 

Maybe you are discriminating against people that don't drive and require public transportation.

However the cleaner has to cover their transportation time and costs, pay their SS tax, pay income tax, pay for or do their bookkeeping, pay for cleaning supplies and equipment.
