ALL sales are absolute.. with some having a right of redemption ( which is rare as hens teeth).Checking Title can be the biggest stumbling block for a one off bidder.. the bigger players will have arrangements made with title company or I suspect bigger law firm in that area.. to run Title on ALL properties that come to bid..

Here are some things to think about, this is off the top of my head and not a comprehensive list AT ALL.Tip 1: Carbide tipped blades, not just hardened steel, for whatever saw you use.Tip 2: Do not underestimate the value of a full-size hand saw. with carbide-tipped teeth.

Fannie/Freddie loans can only be made to an individual, not to an entity.Fannie loans Specifically allow you to buy/finance in your personal name, then transfer to an llc which you own….no issues whatsoever.

It's state law here in MA and it's also the right thing to do.If you don't and a child ends up with actual brain damage because they were munching on a lead-painted windowsill when they were teething, you'll not only have to pay an unspeakable amount in damages, you'll have to live with the knowledge that you had a hand in screwing up their entire life.
