I am currently in Tempe, Az for the next two months or so due a construction project I am a part of that will be wrapping up.

I would guess your frig would not hold needed temp or was somehow damaged?

Another school of thought is to goto the local temp service and hire yourself some laborers and painters to do the bulk of the work -- and hire specific contractors for things that require permits.

They do struggle to keep up when the temps really drop.  

But I'm pretty specific about where I'll look because I don't want to branch into other cities until I have good systems in place, so Mesa and Gilbert, and into Tempe and Chandler, aren't yielding what I had hoped. 

The East Valley (Chandler/Tempe/Gilbert/Mesa) tends to be a little more popular and more expensive.

We used to just stay close to the ball parks but now we venture out and that says a lot about the temp. of the city.
