My first time through there were a couple of small paperwork issues, but by the second time it was smooth sailing. 

I plan to transition into only buying multi-families unless there is SFH at a very good deal and try and plan to have 30+ units by the end of next year.

You are correct to want to transition to commercial loans. 

She tried to blame the other tenants and I had to cut her short.The seller agent offered to find her son a new apartment and take care of the process so we can part smoothly without having more drama.
