I asked seller if it was wind zone 3 that I needed and he assured me it was because it came from a  Florida used mobile dealer,  and after he bought it his planes changed, so he needed to sell it.

Now after inspection there are some other things I need to take care of and I'm planing in pushing back to the seller to cooperate.

I'm in oil and gas as well and I planed on doing that (duplex investing) after a few buy and holds.

They just sit there collecting dust, waiting for their turn for the scrapyard or to have parts taken from them, or perhaps the distant chance that one day all hell breaks loose and we need thousands more military planes to defend ourselves.
