It's called leverage, and REI takes leverage to the extreme.You're getting lost in percentages, and losing sight of the actual dollars...how they move through you, and the power that cash has when you control the movement of it...not watch the "dead" accumulation of it in the form of a percentage.REI has been around since there was ownership of property.
