We are from Allentown as well, and certainly know the challanges lol.You’re on the right track by giving her notice and planning for eviction if she doesn’t vacate.

How would a high appraisal on this home have something to do with buying a new home unless you plan on leveraging this and taking cash out and putting a regular mortgage on it.

We used to live in Deltona and we were planning on looking around there and the surrounding areas.

We plan to use it as a rental property/investment.

Current plan is to rip out the carpet, it's trashed, and replace with LVP (one of the four colors, not sure which is best to choose... see attached image), replace the laminate counter with granite.

The original plan was to use the equity to build in a few years, but we were blessed with triplets so things got a lot tighter.
