Regarding San Francisco, it's not going anywhere, it's definitely different this time since let's face it - the tech revolution is still only in it's infancy and SF is the Athens of innovation for our time. 

Since pulling the trigger in Nov 15, my husband and I have 2 rental properties, and are on our 4th fix and flip deal.

to those of us millennials that still have ambition and drive to be creative and innovate new strategies through life's obstacles.

It's a Pittsburgh born anew ever minute, ever innovating, ever changing, ever different and better.Of all the areas of the city projected to grow, grow, grow, you need to look at the Munhall-Homestead area across the river.

As long as SF, Silicon Valley, LA and San Diego continue to be magnets of innovation, job growth, quality of education, startups, and environmental quality these areas will always be prime areas to live in. 

I believe that real estate will seriously be the catalyst to make average people millionaires in a short-period of time.

My property was sold in Nov 2019.

If there is some type of economic catalyst where people lose jobs, then it fuels the down spiral. 

If you want to find new ways to innovate your way out of problems then knowledge is key.
