Realtors, globally should be changed to an hourly wage.

The bubble gum chewing high schoolers I have seen in the front office of every PM I've been to I really doubt triages anything.  

As small business owners, we prefer a broader view.For a number of economic factors, that have nothing to do with sequestration or the wishful dreams of an inventory flood, we see continued uncertainty in the lending and real estate markets as well as in banking and the global economy.

., as you probably know the national media covers real estate at a global level.

So the stage is set for a global financial meltdown.

Something to consider given global warming and all that... 

I think through end of this year limits are Canada and Northern US, but will be interesting to see how that one pans out globally.
