So I took it back & sold it middle of winter to a guy fed up with a moldy/pipe freezing single wide trailer he was renting.

We work so we don't starve or freeze.

I personally love the ocean and want to spend winter by the ocean so that would limit the options for me, and I'd want to live far enough south because I don't like it being freezing outside. 

And of course much of this was caused by credit freezing like the South pole.. there were no investor loans..

One contemporary issue is that there is not a lot of historical record of "pandemic" related recessions but we can look to 2008 for some similarities and concerns (e.g. contagion affect and concern of systemic failure, freezing up of secondary mortgage market).
