Personally I do not have any issues with any class, protected or not, I just want to stop the "revolving door" with my tenants and do not want to violate the FHA.I saw on an older post response by Steven Picker quoting FHA:  "As written, the FHA covers most — but not all — housing.

Just make sure there is enough of a CAM budget to cover all common area expenses.  

I'm not quite a cash buyer yet but I'm not worried about obtaining financing, my questions revolve mostly around paperwork.

If the tenant doesn't have wifi, you'll have to run wires to a DVR if you're using analog cams, or a router/NVR if you're using IP.

Meanwhile, I think a big and easy to address issue is the cam lights.

If the main LLC will pay the expenses of the rental LLCs, put a revolving line of credit agreement between the "parent" LLC and the rental LLCs.

The woman owes 75k and the man owes 101k with 14k of that revolving; the rest student loans.

In retrospect I realize this is a newbie problem but seems to be a revolving issue with many people.

Also, you can get a wireless motion sensor security cam/monitor with phone app. and that you can actually talk into it.
