Those tend to be path of progress buildings and where I've done the best in terms of appreciation. 

It's nice meeting one on one too, but I bet the collective knowledge of several of us could save the world.....or find some deals or something.

But to be safe, zip codes 98501, 98506, 98502 are going to be your best bets to stay in the Olympia school district (always double-check of course). 

I imagine progressive, geico, State Farm etc will give you issues like this.

if looking to purchase out of state your best bet is a large national bank or to search for a community bank in that location. 

So being on a tighter budget this time around with less time to put ALL my life into flipping a house (at least for now) for a quick sale,  i figure my best bet is to start through a rental.
