My tenants let me know that their dryer is taking 2 to 3 cycles to dry a load of clothes.

I'm imagining your tenants walking around with holes in their clothes from the moths. :-)I would ask the tenant if they know how the moths got in (open windows at night?).

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

But as one of our neighbors said "8 sounds like a party"....so we took the 2 upstairs bedrooms and made them into an Office and 'Yoga Room'.

Admittedly, they’ve been good tenants, and there is a problem, they’ve had clothes ruined by growth ( things that have sat in the closet for a while).

If your tenants purchase used furniture, bedding, clothing etc. 

They will not accept things such as flushable wipes, personal wipes, baby wipes, paper diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, wads of toilet paper, dental floss, balls of hair, paper towels, newspapers, grease, oil, table scraps, bones, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, rocks, or children’s toys.
