Most investors react to what they see affecting them, going on in their market.

Hi all, my name is Noe I am 30 years old a Texas Native born and raised.

We're currently, slowing pulling some of the functionality out of Buildium and into our own native environment.

How has the market here reacted with the national market over the cycle periods?  

There is a lot more supply on the market now but it will be interesting to see how the market reacts the  first few months out.

I actually showed a client a few Pedro duplexes over the weekend and though they are South Bay natives they looked at Pedro like a hidden gem. 

I also do not make decisions based on how they may react.
