Im unclear what you exactly view as greedy?

My biggest regret is not buying something a little bigger on the first one - Wish i would have bought more sqft and more bedrooms and stretched by budget a little bit but my agent was greedy and didn't really educate me at all about how the housing market worked and just wanted a quick sale. 

In fact, a good friend of mine did this even though he didn't receive a discount because he was a trader on an exchange and his monthly cash flow fluctuated greatly.  

Is it because they don't value their tenants or is it simply that they are too greedy.

No sale - great - find a decision make at the bank, talk to the trustee, find the owner (because if it is a foreclosure - the bank does not own it yet - they have to go through a ratification period, this could take months - time for you to negotiate with the seller, object to the foreclosure on technical mistakes and to negotiate with the lender for an assignment of the mortgage.)This is a wonderful business, have fun, be kind to others - don't be greedy - there is lots of profits to be had for the prepared investor.Charles

I do agree all of them have outrageous monthly costs from $100-500 a month which is ridiculous and greedy. 2.

I have approached a few and the only trouble is that most of them are either flat out stupid or greedy.
