We have a couple park in southwest Michigan and are looking to fill 6 vacant spots.

I have even developed small land projects and built a high end custom 4200 sqft 3 bdrm 3.5 ba home in the Temecula Wine Country.Now I would like to ramp up my retirement getting involved in fix n flip, buy n hold projects within the Southwest Riverside County.

I've got most south and southwest of Milwaukee. 

I am actually an investor in the south west side of Columbus.

Not sure what the regulations are in TX, since when I owned property there is was south and south west of Houston and water was not an issue.

I'm looking at multiplexes in Southwest Chicago (McKinley Park, Pilsen, etc).

I hail from the south west part of Wisconsin and am actually a renter myself primarily due to circumstance.

My wife and our 9 children (no typo :D) live in southwest Washington, right across the border from Portland, Oregon.

In terms of better tenant, I know that the Eastside of N15 have older neighbourhoods and would require more hands on management whereby the Southwest/Sumerlin area attracts more desirable tenant.

I would be very in connecting with BP users that are in Dupage County IL or out in Southwest Michigan (Niles, Berrien Springs, Buchanan, Cassopolis, Edwardsburg, etc…)  Thanks and hope to hear from and network with as many as we can.
