Anyway if you like the price you offered I'd wait 30 more days, and ask your realtor to check the status at the worst they tell you they haven't heard anything, but if it's going to be approved my guess it will be here very shortly so you don't have a whole lot longer to wait.BTW if your 90 days is Wed you can keep putting offers on other properties while you wait, if you find something you like and get an approved offer you back out of the short sale no problem because it is after the 90 day mark so you get your EMD back.
