It is more about giving my word than a legal issue.When I look you in the eyes and shake your hand, my word is my bond.

I think (as does the Fed Chairman, Bernanke) that the housing market is going to have a big shake-out in the next 6-12 months.

The brick is in decent condition, but the second story is cedar shakes and they need replaced.

(Heard that a number of times from applicants)  Realize it's just one data point and it's too early to tell how it will all shake out, but it was interesting.

Keep in mind, some people nowadays browse Zillow et. al. and hit "inquire" on a bunch of properties in a row just to see what shakes out.

There are more hustlers, wholesalers, and crooks here than you can shake a stick at.
