That's the reason so many people jump on wholesaling when they are starting out.So pretend you send out a bunch of marketing.  

Pretend like you bought them and see what happens. 

That way, if the are, they will freely admit it, and if they say they arent, I'll pretend that I must have mixed up the names.

Your target group is going to be very small, so you will want to just tell people it's likely a teardown so you don't waste your time with pretenders.
