I guess per MA state law, you cant rent to someone with a child younger than 6yrs of age.Even if the kid is 8yrs old, I cant stop him from peeling 5 layers of paint and eating the layer with lead paint. 

Show up to the house in a white tyvek suit and a mask and fasten the sign while they are there . 

Hello All,I'm a noob in this industry, so all I really have to share is that I have my eyes completely peeled and my ears entirely open.

@Dave Chapa I’m definitely keeping my eyes peeled for anything, but I just would really love to find a nice quad in a good area.

He posted another note saying that the trim paint is peeling and has to be repainted :) The house is actually in a better condition then my own home.

In a bathroom, if you don't prime first (separately) you'll also have issues with the paint peeling up near the ceiling when the moist air from a shower rises.Prime the new drywall separately, maybe twice (it's cheap) and paint the whole wall, cutting in at the corner next to the adjoining wall.

It is in very nice original condition, however, has lots, and LOTS of peeling paint throughout.

I've never had paint peel from it(15 years and counting) and it doesn't degrade in the sun like wood products do.

Looking for basic items such as smoke and carbon monoxide  detectors operable, broken windows and operable, holes in drywall or plaster, peeling paint, mold or other hazardous items.
