It's like paying $5K to look at photos of properties, or to look at their tax history, or purchase price fluctuation.

Buy when the market is down, but when it's up, and buy in between and you mitigate a lot of market fluctuations with your overall portfolio.

And our preferred return also doesn't fluctuate within the term, where I believe a bond fund yield can fluctuate depending on it's value.Will take a look at your PM now.
