Hello @Rasheed-mass Ali,For my mtr office I have the following:-Good sized desk with two or more drawers -Computer chair (rated for seating 6-8 hours)-Chair mat- Desk lamp with phone charging hub (mine offers wireless charging, but there are some that can plug a USB charger)- Pens, notedpad, scissors (I.e basic office supplies)- High speed WiFi (I offer hard wired high speed internet with an Ethernet cable, and the combo modem/router let’s them connect all of their devices)-Make sure that there are plenty of electrical outlets for your guests to plug devices into.Cheers,Melissa

Besides going to networking events, there are websites like Propstream that can provide you with lead lists to get you started.Lead lists are the fastest way to go, as long as you know your lists and the demographics you're reaching out to. 

US News & World Report just ranked the MB area as the fastest growing market in the US, number 35 for the best places to live, and number 11 for the best places to retire.

If you are looking for the fastest turnaround time and accuracy is not that important than services like TLO, IDI, LexisNexis or anybody who offers instant data would be a good fit.

In my area, equity has reduced significantly over the past 8+ months (fastest to rise and fastest to fall area). 

Either way you are going to end up with debt on multiple properties, I would prefer to have debt on properties that yield the most gaining equity the fastest.

This could be the fastest way to get them out and could really help them because it puts money in their pocket for the next place they need to move into.

Places like Durham, and Asheville are some of the fastest appreciating communities in country, which is a great indicator of health.
