Is the RE climate similar up there?

@Gino BarbaroWhat worries me as in investor in the MF syndication space is sponsors who aren't oriented on the most impactful variables for the current climate. 

This rules out Detroit and Vegas.11.A non-extreme climate.

With just a few hours drive in any direction outside the city you could experience vastly different climates and geography.  

They have the Frey Benito bridge blockaded so the only way into Uruguay is on the ferry.The people are nice, immigration is easy, there is a lot of diversity in climate and terrain.Crime in Buenos Aires is a bit high, and can get violent, although nothing like the violence in Brazil.

It’s the risk that the person running the syndication may (a) resort to fraudulent behavior, (b) not be competent to deal with the subject property, and or economic climate we encounter in the future (c) may become incapacitated and their replacement below par (d) have a “conflict of interest” between your best interest and their highest compensation.  

I've already posted about the two K Mart facilities that we have purchased with the help of our investor partners, and are actively renovating and converting to Drive-In, Climate Controlled self storage, but this one is a little different, because there is finally some instant gratification! 

Those professions are needed no matter the economic climate.
