I dont know about Anchorage Banks but I do know banks in other markets will make sweat heart loans to Doctors and Dentist.. they take on all their banking and receivables in return They will give portfolio loans on a personal resi vehicles furniture etc etc..

This is a very well performing portfolio with years of 100% occupancy.To doctors, dentists, businessmen.

the biggest and most successful real estate investor that I know is either they are coming from tech/medical (like doctor) industry that heavily put their saving into real estate meaning they have extremely succesful w2 career active jobs , some of them are CEO or founder level ORsomeone that's very heavy on building/construction and re-invest into real estate with precise calculation.

I don't know but they have to be taking a big chance.....imagine a young female in a house full of young male nurses/doctors/etc.....an accident waiting to happen.

So that was my point to this hedge fund manager how are you going to do it when all those that came before you could not  what do you see that others dont.And to me it was the Clayton Morris pitch  IE we rehab better than anyone else and we only put in doctors nurses police and firemen.. :) when in fact in those areas 90% of the signatures on the leases are unmarried females..
