I can say from my personal experiences that about five years ago there were a million "real estate investors" in the Atlanta area I mean these guys were making big money had TV commercials, fast cars and faster women they were like celebrities and they would take advantage of anyone who wanted to learn the game.

I hope I can also be in a similar position to celebrate in the next couple of years.

Anyway, to let you know, I am celebrating my first year anniversary this month and I have made a modest income (160K).

Through strong decision making and a creative business attitude, the company successfully runs itself today and just celebrated its thirteenth year of operations.

As Joshua said, first Monday of the month except when I'm in Spain : ) November is the 2nd Monday and Veteran's Day as well, so we will take a moment to celebrate our Vets (thanks for your Service, Shipmate) and eat some cake made by one of my core investor's wife who owned a bake shop in North Carolina before they moved here.
